C&C Yachts for sale

C&C Yachts was launched by “the Georges” – Canadians George Cuthbertson and George Cassian, who started the company in the 1960s. From the beginning, it was a design-driven firm that was known for their performance sloops like Red Jacket, a fast, cored-hull racer with a long list of wins. In 1997, Fairport Yachts, builders of Tartan Yachts, purchased C&C and Tim Jackett became chief designer. Approximately 150 boats were built under that ownership and carbon hull reinforcement and masts became standard equipment. In 2013, US Watercraft bought the rights to the C&C brand and moved construction to Warren, Rhode Island along with other brands including True North Yachts and Alerion. Two new models produced by the company today are the C&C 130 and the Mark Mills-designed Redline, both of which are renowned for their speed and top-notch equipment.
